Message: Been ordering feed to have delivered for awhile, the other day got two bags different than what we ordered, which we didn't realize until we cut them open and poured in the hopper. Staff here sent out two correct replacement bags the very next day at no charge, that's how you do business, solid!

Message: The staff is very friendly! My only issue is the prices. They are on the high side. But they are the only local place where you can buy things like peanuts in bulk 20lb bags. If you buy bird seed regularly in bulk I would recommend becoming a member.
