Message: Always has everything I need. Older staff member organizing the paint isle helped direct me to another department than where he was working so I could find the type of American flag. I was looking for. He wasn’t sure but he still helped. I stopped by his isle to thank him for pointing me in the right direction.

Message: I was at Lowe’s in surfside beach at 6pm and I was going crazy looking for a my supplies I was gonna need for this job I had at work the next day. And time after time and time again employees were telling me isle numbers and left or right but not too helpful! Honestly I was tired and was about to leave everything and go home and order it through the app and have it delivered to my house lol! But I walked up to 3 employees and one once again gave me numbers but the second guy greeted me with a smile and said” here let me show you! ” I was stunned! He brought me straight to what I was looking for! Thanks again Barry your an awesome employee and Lowe’s you need more employees like him!

Message: Installed a fan at my back patio in April 2019 added 2 more of the same fan 2021 2days ago when turning on the fans breaker tripped. Called an electrician and he found original fan motor is bad. Found a 1- 800 # and they asked if I had a receipt which I didn’t. However the fan motor has a lifetime guarantee and to return it to the store where I purchased it. They honored the lifetime guarantee and let me replace it with the same fan. Thanks so much to the manager who okayed the swap. That’s a good company who stands by their products.
